Internal Recruiter (Operations & Onboarding) - 12-Month Fixed Term

About the role

Adecco is recruiting an Internal Recruiter (Operations and Onboarding) in London, working 18 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, home-based. Reporting to the Recruitment Delivery Director, you will lead recruitment operations, pre-employment and onboarding for a team of three delivering an in-house recruitment service to operational teams. You will act as the central contact for candidates after their offer, through to the first month of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain close relationships with operational teams to understand new starter requirements.
• Own and maintain the recruitment tracker and other activity reporting.
• Own and manage the internal recruitment mailbox.
• Help design and improve the onboarding process (offer letters, ID verification, pre-employment vetting, contracts, compliance, induction and week-one experience).
• Act as key contact for candidate onboarding and induction, including right to work checks, and liaise with the pre-employment vetting suppliers, internal HR, IT and L&D teams.
• Update new starter reporting and related communications.
• Advertise roles on the ATS and other channels, and schedule assessments during busy periods.
• Help identify improvements to the onboarding and hiring process, contribute to hiring reports, and work with hiring managers to follow process.

Required profile

• HR or recruitment operations experience, preferably with candidate onboarding.
• Preferred: recent experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, government or security.
• Preferred: recent experience inducting candidates for recruitment or HR contact centre roles.

Required skills

• Managing recruitment reporting (trackers), mailboxes and sensitive candidate documentation.
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to review, interpret and present data for actionable delivery.
