Senior Global Benefits Management Consultant

About the role

Howden, a global insurance group, is recruiting a Senior Global Benefits Management Consultant in London. The consultant acts as a trusted adviser to multinational clients, combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness and an understanding of each client's wider people and business priorities. The role takes ownership of complex multinational client relationships, works across Howden's international network and supports the development of colleagues and new business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of multinational clients, building trusted relationships with senior HR, Reward and Benefits stakeholders
• Advise on multinational employee benefits strategy, governance and programme development
• Deliver global benefits programmes across multiple countries, coordinating colleagues, local brokers and partners
• Use client data and market intelligence to turn issues and opportunities into practical recommendations
• Manage complex stakeholder environments and support retention and renewal
• Contribute to new business activity, including pitches, RFP responses and solution development
• Coach and support colleagues, maintain quality and risk oversight, and help shape Howden's GBM proposition

Required profile

• Significant experience in global or multinational employee benefits consulting, brokerage or a closely related field
• Experience managing multinational client relationships and complex global programmes
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders
• Experience contributing to pitches and/or RFP responses
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial and able to support less experienced colleagues
