Account Executive – French‑Speaking EMEA Nonprofit Sales

About the role
Anthropic is seeking a French‑speaking Account Executive to lead the adoption of its safe, frontier AI solutions within the nonprofit sector across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will act as a trusted advisor to NGOs, INGOs, foundations and charitable trusts, helping them integrate AI to boost impact in program delivery, fundraising, research and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new business with EMEA nonprofit organisations, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deployment.
- Design and execute sales strategies that reflect regional market dynamics, regulatory environments and cultural nuances.
- Navigate complex procurement processes and stakeholder ecosystems, including executive directors, trustees, programme officers and IT teams.
- Provide market insights on nonprofit trends, regulatory requirements and competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology platforms, consultants and sector networks such as Bond, NCVO and the European Foundation Centre.
- Collaborate closely with Anthropic’s San Francisco‑based teams to align regional activities with global sales methodology.
Required profile
- Proven track record in consultative sales within EMEA markets, preferably with experience selling to French‑speaking organisations.
- Deep understanding of the nonprofit ecosystem, including INGOs, humanitarian agencies, foundations and charitable trusts.
- Ability to operate autonomously while coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market research into actionable sales plans.
Required skills
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data‑protection regulations relevant to the region.
