Account Executive - Post Office Campaigns

About the role

Bray Leino, a full-service creative agency and part of The MISSION Group, is recruiting an Account Executive for its Post Office account, one of its largest and most high-profile. The role coordinates creative teams and builds client partnerships in a London-based hybrid position, supporting campaigns from brief through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end campaign delivery from client brief to final asset delivery
• Help develop creative briefs for internal teams and coordinate with Creative, Studio, Production, Digital and other specialist teams
• Monitor project progress, flag risks or delays and keep clear communication with clients and internal teams
• Build strong client relationships and respond promptly to requests
• Prepare agendas, status reports, contact reports and meeting notes, and organise client meetings and presentations
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing and financial administration
• Complete timesheets accurately and maintain job management systems
• Research client sectors, markets and competitors where required
• Assist with workflow administration in JIRA and Ziflow, keeping reviews and approvals flowing correctly

Required profile

• Experience in a creative or studio project delivery team or marketing agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and experience maintaining project documentation and trackers
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, proactive and solution-focused

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with digital delivery platforms such as JIRA or Ziflow is beneficial but not essential
