Accounts Assistant – Luxury Fashion

About the role
Join a fast‑growing luxury fashion brand in Central London as an Accounts Assistant. You will support the Finance team with day‑to‑day transactional work, helping the business maintain accurate financial records across multiple currencies.
Key responsibilities
- Update Accounts Payable ledgers with invoices in various currencies.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
- Prepare payment files for processing.
- Carry out bank reconciliations.
- Produce aged creditor reports.
- Handle month‑end accruals and pre‑payments.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in an AP‑focused finance or accounts role.
- Proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong team player who can adapt to ad‑hoc requests.
- Flexibility and willingness to get involved in varied tasks.
- Experience handling multiple currencies.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
