About the role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially‑aware individual to provide administrative support to our engineering team in Harlow. The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and preparing cost estimates for projects.
Key responsibilities
- Raise job sheets and organise job packs for engineering projects.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Schedule engineers and manage diaries.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and proposal documentation, including scopes, assumptions, exclusions and options.
- Maintain up‑to‑date pricing tools, estimating templates and cost models.
- Review technical specifications and drawings to understand client requirements.
Required profile
- Experience in scheduling engineers or a similar off‑site team.
- Strong background in customer service via phone and email.
- Commercially aware and able to work independently.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between £26,000 and £27,500 per year.
- Full‑time, onsite role within a growing medium‑sized company.
