Administrator – FMCG Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Administrator to support operational activities in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will play a key role in preparing batch documentation, coordinating production planning and ensuring smooth hand‑over to the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Raise all batch documents within agreed timescales to meet operational deadlines.
• Check dynamic formulation products and prepare customer sample batch documents.
• Perform DF checks, write‑off raw material after job completion and book finished goods into the system.
• Provide loading instructions and specification labels as part of the batch documentation.
• Support daily planning of production and packing programmes as required.
• Handle allocation or document queries and authorise batch changes for production/warehouse.
• Work closely with Production Team Leaders to minimise plan changes and match workload with resources.
• Participate in meetings when requested.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator within the FMCG industry.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with planning tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
