AI Tools Associate

About the role

Olive Tree Consulting is looking for an AI Tools Associate to help streamline management processes for its clients. Working fully remotely, you will experiment with existing generative AI platforms to turn meeting transcripts, voice memos, and other raw data into clear, actionable summaries that reduce administrative friction.

Key responsibilities

• Test and refine generative AI prompts to produce concise summaries of consulting sessions and client interviews.
• Convert raw meeting transcripts and voice recordings into structured, plain‑English summaries highlighting decisions and next steps.
• Research emerging AI features and tools that can improve information management for the advisory team.
• Maintain a shared library of successful prompts, templates, and instructional guides for internal use.
• Monitor the quality of AI‑generated text to ensure clarity, professional tone, and accuracy.
• Organise digital folders and documentation blocks so project information is easily accessible.
• Collaborate with consultants to identify manual admin bottlenecks and propose AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• High comfort with new software and a willingness to test how digital tools work together.
• Strong English writing skills, able to simplify complex ideas into clear, direct language.
• Logical, detail‑oriented approach with a preference for repeatable solutions.
• Calm, professional communication style suitable for a remote team environment.
• Curiosity about business processes and a genuine interest in improving management efficiency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI models such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience using collaboration platforms like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
