Appeal Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an Appeal Manager to lead fundraising activities for a well‑known national charity. Working primarily in London with a hybrid schedule, you will support supporters and key stakeholders to maximise the impact of regional appeals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all appeal activity across the assigned area, ensuring supporters receive necessary tools and resources.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of regional corporate partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as membership, operations, and PR to deliver campaign objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with volunteers, local authorities, retailers, media, and community organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale fundraising campaigns or appeals.
• Track record of building and nurturing supporter and volunteer relationships.
• Strong project‑management capability with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Experience in partnership development with retailers, media, or community groups.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
