Apprentice Technical Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Apprentice Technical Coordinator to join our Bristol team supporting the Quality Process for nuclear projects. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in document control, quality record management and the administration of digital tools used across manufacturing, construction and installation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manufacturing and QA‑QC departments with administrative tasks and service support.
• Co‑ordinate document submissions and maintain trackers for quality records, comments and inspection reports.
• Support the Document Controller in preparing and filing deliverables, Life‑time Quality Records (LTQR) and Quality Release Certificates (QRC).
• Set up project scopes and work packages in electronic tools and monitor key performance indicators related to Right First‑Time objectives.
• Verify radiograph counts and reports before client hand‑over and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help review and archive electronic records and aid the transition to new software platforms.
