About the role

This apprenticeship is a structured training program that introduces recent graduates or current university students to the world of Low‑Code development and Artificial Intelligence. You will work on real‑world projects, learning to map business processes and build automated solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse business or industrial processes using Value Stream Mapping.
• Design, develop, and test Low‑Code solutions with Power Automate.
• Create AI‑enhanced applications using Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver functional prototypes.
• Participate in guided workshops, hands‑on labs, and real‑project assignments.

Required profile

• Active university student or recent graduate in Industrial Production Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
• Genuine interest in AI and Low‑Code/No‑Code technologies.
• At least one year of academic or personal experience in software‑related projects.
• Basic understanding of programming logic.
• Advanced knowledge of business or industrial process mapping.
• Strong learning attitude, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
