Architect & BIM Manager

About the role

White Arkitekter is looking for an experienced Architect & BIM Manager to join its London studio. The role blends architectural design, technical coordination and digital delivery, ensuring high‑quality projects while leading BIM implementation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design and technical development across all RIBA stages.
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, specifications and design information.
• Review design outputs for quality, consistency and compliance with the brief.
• Resolve coordination issues with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support planning, tender, technical design, construction and hand‑over processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Building Regulations, sustainability targets and sector guidance.
• Lead the implementation of BIM standards and workflows on projects.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, model production tables and project BIM protocols.
• Establish and maintain Revit templates, naming conventions, worksets, shared coordinates and family standards.
• Coordinate federated models, run clash detection, conduct model audits and support design coordination reviews.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with solid experience in design and delivery.
• Proven BIM leadership ability, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of model standards, information management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to ensure project information is accurate, structured and aligned with client and internal expectations.
