Architectural Technician – Healthcare & Education (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Technician with strong Revit expertise to join our award‑winning consultancy. You will work on large‑scale healthcare and education projects, delivering technically robust designs while progressing your career in a collaborative, design‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Coordinate technical design information across major healthcare and education developments.
• Collaborate with Project Directors, Architects and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CDM regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with approval authorities and support project delivery through construction stages.

Required profile

• Architectural Technician or a closely related qualification.
• Strong Revit experience.
• Experience on healthcare, education or large residential projects.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Commutable to Birmingham.
