Area Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our Residential Sales team. You will lead a team across West Wales, driving income, profitability and business growth while developing your own career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise overall income and profitability of the assigned area.
• Recruit, induct, train and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Lead and mentor team members on a daily basis.
• Generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Branch Manager ready for a step up.
• Inspirational leader with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Resilient, proactive, competitive and results‑driven.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.
