Area Sales Manager – Hospitality Furniture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive our hospitality furniture solutions across London. This field‑based role focuses on selling a high‑quality manufactured range to consultants, hotel operators, interior designers and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Field sales of furniture solutions to the hospitality sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality consultants, hotel management teams, interior designers and architects.
• Problem‑solve, resolve conflicts and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Manage existing accounts while generating new business opportunities.
• Handle order values ranging from £3k to £150k, with typical orders between £3k‑£6k.

Required profile

• Proven hospitality sales experience dealing with consultants, hotel teams, designers and architects.
• Familiarity with furniture products such as lockers, stages, tables and chairs (or comparable product background with strong market routes).
• Highly motivated, self‑starter with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong time‑management and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £45,000 – £50,000 per year plus approximately £15,000 commission.
• £600 per month car allowance.
• Full benefits package.
