Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors and manage reception
• Handle enquiries, deliveries and access
• Support resident requests and amenity bookings
• Keep reception and communal areas looking their best
• Liaise with contractors and the property management team
• Help resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when needed
• Complete basic administration and maintain accurate records

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Confident communicating with different people
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Well-presented, with a strong customer service mindset
• Team player who takes pride in getting the little things right
• Experience in front of house, reception, residential concierge, hotels, hospitality or customer service is helpful
