Night Porter - Luxury Residential Building

About the role

A well-maintained residential development in Bayswater, London, is recruiting a Night Porter for its 100+ luxury apartments. The role suits someone who enjoys being the go-to person on site, taking pride in customer service and working independently overnight. It is advertised as a stable, long-term position with a friendly, supportive team of four staff.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, visitors and contractors
• Receive and manage deliveries
• Carry out regular site patrols and security checks
• Monitor CCTV and building systems
• Respond to resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Report maintenance issues and ensure communal areas stay clean, safe and presentable
• Perform general porter duties to keep the building running smoothly

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property (preferred)
• Or a strong hotel front-of-house, porter or concierge background
• Reliable, proactive and committed to good customer service
• Confident working independently on night shifts
• Valid SIA licence or previous security experience (advantageous but not essential)
