Assistant Manager - Pub, Milton Malsor

About the role

Greene King is recruiting an Assistant Manager for its Greyhound pub in Milton Malsor. The post is full time and permanent, with 45 scheduled hours per week. The Assistant Manager sits at the heart of the management team, supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub and leading the team in delivering great experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the business in their absence
• Bring the brand to life by leading the team in delivering great customer experiences
• Act as a role model for the team and support training and development
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to the demands of a busy shift
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls
