About the role
Robert Bird Group is seeking an Associate to join its expanding Construction Engineering team in London. This senior‑level position offers an experienced engineer the chance to lead project delivery, engage with clients, and support the growth of the UK practice.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of infrastructure and construction projects.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Provide commercial oversight and people‑management for project teams.
- Contribute to business development and the strategic expansion of the London office.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a construction engineer ready for senior leadership responsibilities.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with directors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
