Associate Director/Director Equity Capital Markets

About the role

Gold Group Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead its equity capital markets activities within the real‑estate advisory business. You will be responsible for driving equity financing transactions from origination to execution, working closely with private equity firms, family offices and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure new equity financing opportunities for real‑estate projects.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and negotiation to closing.
• Prepare investor memoranda, financial models, cash‑flow analyses and other transaction documentation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing equity investors while expanding the firm’s investor network.
• Collaborate with internal advisory teams to align financing solutions with client objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in equity finance within a real‑estate advisory or investment environment.
• Strong understanding of equity funding structures and investor expectations.
• Ability to lead deals independently and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
