About the role
The Collections Associate will interact with customers via telephone, email, and chat to provide high‑level service and reduce delinquent auto loan accounts. The role involves responding to inquiries about services, products, and account information while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with customers through phone, email, and chat to address account queries and reduce delinquency.
- Provide accurate information on services, products, and account status.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on customer requests.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during collections activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English and a numeric subject, or a U.S. high school diploma/GED.
- Valid government‑issued ID, TRN, and NIS card.
- Flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work onsite and pass background and drug checks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using CRM applications.
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
- Basic PC keyboarding and troubleshooting skills.
