AVP, FX Corporate Digital Sales – London

About the role

This senior position leads the distribution of electronic foreign exchange (FX) liquidity and the origination of digital FX solutions for corporate and financial institution clients in the UK and Europe. You will be part of the Global FX Digital Sales team, reporting into the broader Global FX Sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ambitious FX Digital revenue, market share and wallet share targets across the identified client franchise.
• Distribute Citi's electronic FX liquidity to corporate and financial institution clients.
• Leverage internal and external data to shape client pricing strategies while balancing revenue and returns.
• Originate and execute marquee mandates, grow net‑new business and acquire new clients for FX Digital solutions and FX‑as‑a‑Service.
• Gather client feedback, understand needs and collaborate with FX Trading, product and technology partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor market trends, inform internal stakeholders of competitive changes and partner effectively across Trading, Product, Sales and Banking Services.
• Promote Citi’s digital strategy with clients and ensure risk‑aware decision‑making in line with compliance policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Foreign Exchange sales, preferably with digital product exposure.
• Track record in client‑facing roles, demonstrating ability to grow and maintain relationships through value‑added services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for business origination and development of new solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and interest in digital FX innovations.
