B2B Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate Media

About the role

Bisnow is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to own and expand a high‑volume portfolio of commercial real‑estate media and event sponsorships. Based in our London office, you will work on the front line of revenue generation while building and coaching a sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with marketing executives across all asset classes in target markets.
• Drive event sponsorship sales through research, prospecting and closing deals for commercial‑real‑estate conferences.
• Collaborate with event production to design sponsor‑friendly programs that align with client interests.
• Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM and track individual and team KPIs.
• Accelerate the sales cycle by working closely with the broader sales team and cross‑functional partners.
• Attend, emcee and actively participate in events and training sessions.
• Provide strategic advice to partners on Bisnow’s product suite to maximise value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within media, events or commercial real‑estate sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, hybrid environment (4 days onsite).
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
