Bakery Manager

About the role

Gail's is seeking a Bakery Manager for its Muswell Hill location. You will lead a friendly team, create a positive environment for customers and neighbours, and ensure the bakery operates to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily bakery operations, including production, stock control and staffing.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Motivate, coach and develop the bakery team through leading by example.
• Identify and solve operational challenges, adapting to changing demands.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to strategic planning for the outlet.
