Band 5 Treatment Room Nurse – Community Care (CTAC)

About the role

We are seeking a Band 5 Treatment Room Nurse to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) service in West Fife. Working primarily at Kincardine Medical Practice, you will deliver autonomous, person‑centred care to adult patients in a primary‑care setting, with flexible coverage across several West Fife sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in treatment rooms, including wound management, venepuncture, compression bandaging, doppler assessment and injection administration.
• Deliver care independently in clinics while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Cover additional treatment rooms across West Fife and hub locations such as Primrose Lane Surgery and Queen Margaret Hospital as required.
• Document care accurately and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.

Required profile

• Registered Adult/General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
• Experience working in a primary‑care environment.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and adaptability.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
