About the role
Heath Lodge, a period-style care home run by Gold Care Homes and sharing grounds with Autumn Vale, is looking for a bank Care Assistant. The home accommodates 67 residents and offers a warm, friendly and safe environment. No experience is needed, provided you share the home's values.
Key responsibilities
- Personal care, assisting with washing and dressing
- Supporting residents with meals, eating and drinking
- Completing daily care plans
- Assisting with mobility
Required profile
- No experience required
- Responsive and compassionate towards the individual needs of residents
- Able to contribute to a person-centred approach to care
