Bar Supervisor

About the role

Malmaison is looking for a hands‑on Bar Supervisor to lead its vibrant bar team in Manchester. You will be the face of the bar, ensuring guests enjoy a high‑energy, entertaining experience while maintaining the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing and cash handling.
• Motivate, train and inspire bar staff to deliver excellent service and product knowledge.
• Manage shift patterns and ensure coverage across evenings and weekends.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest interaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to support the wider F&B experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to personal development and progression within the hospitality sector.
