About the role

As Bar & Waiting Staff you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Offer drink recommendations and prepare drinks to specification.
• Greet guests, serve food and look after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Great eye for detail to ensure every pint is perfect.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team spirit.
• Good spoken and written English to follow safety and allergen procedures.
