About the role

Join the Chef & Brewer team at Blue Cap in Sandiway as a Bar & Waiting Staff member. You will help create memorable moments for guests by serving drinks and providing friendly service in a lively pub environment. This part‑time, fixed‑term role is suitable for candidates aged 18+ and offers a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks, pour pints and recommend beverages to customers.
• Greet guests, take orders and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legally compliant bar area.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and good spoken English.
