About the role
As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will create memorable moments for customers, whether pouring a pint or recommending a drink, in a fun and inclusive pub environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food, ensuring high standards of presentation and safety.
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and delivering a warm welcome.
- Maintain a clean, legal and safe bar area, addressing any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when preparing and serving drinks.
- Positive, team‑player attitude with good communication in English.
Required skills
- Basic spoken and written English for safety and allergen control.
