BD & Marketing Manager - Disputes

About the role

The Business Development & Marketing Manager will support the Disputes & Antitrust practice across the EMEA region for a leading international professional services firm. Working closely with senior partners and stakeholders, you will drive strategic BD and marketing initiatives to raise the practice’s profile and win new work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business development and marketing plans for the Disputes & Antitrust practice.
• Support client development, campaigns, events and profile‑raising initiatives.
• Manage bids, pitches, presentations and directory submissions.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the business.
• Work with wider BD, digital, events and communications teams.
• Manage budgets and report on return on investment.
• Help shape processes and best practice within the growing team.

Required profile

• Strong BD and marketing experience within legal or professional services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing bids, pitches and client development initiatives.
• Highly organised, commercial and proactive.
• Strong project‑management ability with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach and confidence working in a fast‑paced international environment.
