About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Bespoke Atelier Assistant to join our private boutique and atelier in Chelsea, London. This graduate‑level position offers hands‑on training in every stage of bespoke garment creation, from concept to final fitting, within a discreet, craft‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the presentation and organisation of the boutique and atelier spaces.
• Welcome and guide private clients through the bespoke process with professionalism and discretion.
• Support clients throughout their journey, from initial consultation to final fitting.
• Assist with ongoing atelier projects, preparing garments and materials for fittings.
• Participate in fittings and collaborate closely with the designer and wider team.

Required profile

• Recently graduated, preferably in fashion or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of garment construction and sewing.
• Strong interest in craftsmanship and bespoke garment making.
• Professional, attentive, and detail‑oriented.
• Confident and calm when interacting with clients.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for the studio.
• Reliable, organised and committed to high standards.
