Bilingual HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

Enko Capital Management LLP is seeking a bilingual (English/French) HR Advisor who will also act as a Junior HR Business Partner. The role blends advisory and operational HR functions, supporting senior leadership and a diverse workforce across the UK and several African jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice on UK employment law, employee relations, performance management and HR policy.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and data protection requirements.
• Liaise with non‑UK authorities and Enko offices across Africa to maintain multi‑jurisdictional HR compliance.
• Support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding processes.
• Administer benefits, resolve employee queries and maintain accurate HR records.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training coordination and performance review cycles.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on people strategies, workforce planning and business growth.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of HR generalist or advisory experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR operations.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional integrity, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using HR digital tools.
