Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

Connells is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Filton residential sales team. You will be responsible for driving growth, coaching staff and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch’s sales performance and profitability.
• Motivate, coach and develop a team of negotiators, administrators and support staff.
• Lead property valuations, listings and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local developers, homeowners and community partners.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement and commercial awareness.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency, or a senior negotiator ready for promotion.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
