Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Godmanchester residential sales team at Sharman Quinney, part of the Connells Group. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will drive performance, develop talent and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a thriving property market.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Godmanchester residential sales branch.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team to exceed targets.
• Value and list properties, negotiate sales and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, partners and the community.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement and commercial success.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching and development.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerate, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
