Building Manager – Commercial Property

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a prestigious 120,000 sq ft commercial building in London’s West End. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve daily building issues and coordinate with on‑site service partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage service charge budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance are up to date.
• Lead tenant engagement initiatives, including pop‑up events and community activities.
• Support ESG initiatives in collaboration with specialist consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑tenanted commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations; IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to set and manage service charge budgets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and personable communication style.
