About the role
This full‑cycle Business Development Manager position is based in Farnborough and focuses on driving new client acquisition and candidate placements for a specialist recruitment firm. You will be supported by structured training to help you start billing quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new recruitment clients across the niche market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Source, interview and place candidates to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to placement.
Required profile
- Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
- Confidence in cold‑calling and opening new business opportunities.
- High drive, resilience and a competitive mindset.
- Motivation to earn through an uncapped commission structure.
