Business Development Manager – Recruitment

About the role

This full‑cycle Business Development Manager position is based in Farnborough and focuses on driving new client acquisition and candidate placements for a specialist recruitment firm. You will be supported by structured training to help you start billing quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new recruitment clients across the niche market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Source, interview and place candidates to meet client requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to placement.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Confidence in cold‑calling and opening new business opportunities.
• High drive, resilience and a competitive mindset.
• Motivation to earn through an uncapped commission structure.
