Business Development Manager – UK Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

Prism is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its UK accommodation portfolio. You will identify and secure lease agreements with hotel owners and managers, helping to expand the company’s footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect high‑potential hotels, independent accommodations, distressed assets and under‑performing properties.
• Maintain a prioritized target list and keep prospecting databases up to date.
• Engage directly with owners, property managers, agents and intermediaries to present Prism’s vision.
• Conduct detailed property analyses covering condition, location, legal status, financial performance and value potential.
• Structure and present tailored leasing offers, managing the full leasing cycle to contract signing.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and operations teams to finalize agreements and ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Update CRM tools and provide weekly progress reports.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, real‑estate negotiations or hotel development.
• Strong knowledge of the UK hotel or commercial real‑estate market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and long‑sales‑cycle management skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
