Business Management Lecturer (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Management Lecturer to deliver undergraduate and vocational courses (HNC/HND) on a part‑time, hybrid basis. The role involves teaching, assessment, and supporting students both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials and practical sessions for full‑time and part‑time programmes at HNC/HND, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Design, administer and mark assessments, examinations and coursework.
• Supervise individual and group projects related to business management.
• Collaborate with the Programme Leader and Internal Verifier to ensure quality standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings and external examiner sessions.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with recognised bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Management.
• Extensive experience teaching HNC/HND or vocational business courses.
• Eligibility for enhanced DBS checks and commitment to safeguarding.
• Relevant teaching qualification (Level 5 Certificate or Diploma in Education and Training).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ICT tools, especially Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

What we offer

• £1,500 per month (visible salary).
• Hybrid work arrangement: one day on‑site, two days remote.
• Teaching days on Friday and Saturday, 20 hours per week.
