Cabin Crew – Stansted Airport

About the role

Join Ryanair’s fast‑growing cabin crew team at London Stansted Airport. You will be part of a network of over 16,000 crew members delivering safe, friendly service to hundreds of thousands of passengers each day.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all aviation regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings, demonstrate equipment, and manage cabin procedures.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the flight, including handling enquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote and sell onboard products while maintaining a professional cabin environment.
• Respond to emergencies and assist passengers in a calm, efficient manner.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Height between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in).
• Ability to swim 25 m unaided and assist another person.
• Flexible, outgoing personality with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work early and late shift rosters, including start times as early as 5 am.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, passing the mandatory language assessment.
