Campaign Manager – Culture & Music Scale‑Up

About the role

Our client, an independent agency at the crossroads of culture, music and brand activation, is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead the delivery of artist and brand campaigns in London. You will own the end‑to‑end process from brief to reporting, acting as the main client contact and coordinating creators, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage campaign plans, setting milestones, posting windows and internal deadlines.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day client lead: run calls, circulate actions, secure sign‑offs and provide proactive weekly updates.
• Review creative assets and deliverables to ensure high quality before client delivery.
• Direct a Campaign Executive on daily execution, including trackers, creator outreach and draft chasing.
• Coordinate creator and talent relationships across live campaigns.
• Track campaign budgets, monitor cost‑per‑deliverable and flag variances early.
• Support fee negotiations with creators and partners, developing commercial confidence.
• Bring cultural and platform insight into planning, identifying new formats, sounds, creators and trends.
• Liaise with external partners such as press, radio and specialist agencies where required.
• Compile weekly reporting data and present performance summaries to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to pitch decks and support new business development as opportunities arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience running end‑to‑end marketing or brand activation campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to act as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience monitoring budgets, cost‑per‑deliverable and supporting fee negotiations.
• Track record of coordinating creators, talent and external partners.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
