Join the dedicated team at Halmer Court in Spalding as a Bank Care Assistant. This flexible role allows you to work day or night shifts, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents, many of whom live with dementia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, individualised care to residents, supporting personal hygiene, meals and medication.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that enhance quality of life.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and monitor wellbeing.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to the senior care team.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• A caring, empathetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across varied shifts based on service needs.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
