Caretaker for New Build Estate (Sutton)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable caretaker to manage a newly built estate in Sutton. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, providing a stable environment where you will receive in‑house training and a three‑day induction.
Key responsibilities
- Sweep, mop and vacuum communal staircases and corridors.
- Clean walls and common areas.
- Report and log any communal repairs.
- Move bulky items as required.
- Maintain the back garden by cutting grass and removing weeds.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently on a static site.
- Basic understanding of gardening and cleaning tasks.
- Willingness to undergo training and follow health and safety procedures.
