About the role

The Botanist Barnsley is looking for a passionate Chef who takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest. Working as part of a talented kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, the Chef will help bring the menus to life, delivering quality, consistency and care in every dish.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to company specifications
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Support smooth kitchen operations throughout service
• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Required profile

• Passion for food and hospitality, pride in work and enjoyment of being part of a team
• Previous experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Commis Chef or in a professional kitchen is desirable
