About the role

The Client Manager role is based in Waterlooville and focuses on delivering high‑quality accounting and finance services to a portfolio of professional‑services clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting and finance needs are met with precision and efficiency.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate and oversee junior team members, offering guidance and support.
• Identify business‑development opportunities and contribute to expanding the client base.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations and changes in financial legislation.
• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client projects and reports to meet agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client management within a professional‑services or finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax planning and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop junior staff.
