Client Manager – Property Management (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Lomond Investment Management is seeking a Client Manager to lead its property management team in Exeter on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will be responsible for delivering high‑performance client service and supporting the growth of our residential lettings and investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of Property Managers to achieve KPI targets.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, manage performance metrics and coordinate training initiatives.
• Oversee client reporting, provide insights and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues, complaints and disputes.
• Ensure all properties are managed in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Monitor maintenance, large works and operational workflows to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Drive best‑practice improvements and support wider business objectives.
