Client Service Manager

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent provider of commercial finance as a Client Service Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and managing risk to protect revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of commercial finance clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each client’s account and requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality service to ensure client satisfaction and prevent terminations.
• Minimise third‑party complaints and act as the first point of contact for payment requests, queries and ledger updates.
• Process client payments within your personal mandate level using the operating system.
• Provide cover for the Credit Control team during staff absences.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Effective administration, planning and organising abilities with good time management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
