Collections Telephone Agent – Customer Service & Debt Recovery

About the role

The Collections Telephone Agent will join a growing specialist department at a successful company’s head office in Truro. You will deliver exceptional customer service while managing overdue accounts and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the customer database.
• Achieve individual and team targets for collections and revenue.
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve processes.
