Key responsibilities

• Shape the strategic development of the Commercial Property department.
• Strengthen relationships with existing business clients and professional introducers.
• Develop new connections with developers, investors, landlords, lenders, agents and local businesses.
• Increase conversion of commercial opportunities generated across the firm.
• Build and mentor a growing Commercial Property team.
• Help shape recruitment and future departmental structure.
• Raise the firm’s profile within the commercial property market across Essex and Suffolk.

Required profile

• Existing Partner, Legal Director or experienced Senior Associate seeking a partnership opportunity.
• Technically strong Commercial Property lawyer with commercial awareness.
• Enthusiastic about networking, relationship building and business development.
• Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
• Ability to develop relationships, create opportunities and drive long‑term growth.
